2003-2018
I was born in Lagos, Nigeria in 2003. I grew up in a Christian family filled with music, and like the rest of them, I became a musician too.
At 12, I started singing in my local church and stayed committed to it for the next 10 years. I also began writing my own songs, pouring my thoughts and emotions into lyrics.
Over time, that love for expression turned into a passion for writing about personal growth. What started as music became blogs, reflections, and deep conversations about healing, becoming, and living with purpose.
2018-2022
At 14, I started teaching myself game development because I was fascinated by how games were built and how code could bring ideas to life.
A year later, I got into Crawford University to study Information and Communication Technology. While there, I kept learning on my own, building websites, coding games, and exploring everything I could about the internet.
For my industrial training, I joined Top Universe as a frontend developer. That internship turned into a full role, and I continued working with them until 2022, building real-world projects and sharpening my skills.
Around that time, I also started talking about tech online, making videos on YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms to teach people what I was learning and encourage more people to get into tech.
That’s when I realised I wasn’t just building websites. I was building people’s confidence. And I wanted to do more of that.
So I transitioned into coaching, helping people not only learn tech but also believe in themselves, communicate better, and grow in their careers and lives.
Now, I use everything I’ve learned, from coding to confidence, to help others build lives they’re proud of.
2022-2023
After graduating in 2022, I went on to serve my country through national service, where I worked with Nestlé as an Information Communication Assistant. During that time, I stayed committed to personal growth, something I had been passionate about since I was 17, reading books, working out, and living like “that girl.”
At the same time, I was coaching people in web and frontend development on the side, and over time, that community grew to over 300 students coached by me. Towards the end of that year, I founded my software development company, SearchOver, focused on training more people in tech and helping them land the jobs they deserve.
By the end of 2023, I decided to take a break from tech coaching to focus fully on soft skills coaching, something I had treated as a side hustle until then. I began building my business around helping people grow in confidence, communication, and mindset. At that point, I was self-employed with nothing feeding me but the vision I believed in, and the businesses I built from it.
2023-2025
Given my self-employed status, I decided to go all-in on building my career as a Leadership and Personal Growth Coach. I wanted to do work that actually changes lives, not just careers, but the people behind them.
In 2023, I left coaching individuals in web and frontend development forever. What started as tech mentoring quickly evolved into deep personal transformation work. I saw that growth wasn’t just about learning skills, it was about becoming someone bold, confident, and ready to lead.
In 2024, I started speaking more publicly, in workshops, events, and digital stages across the world. I shared stories and lessons about emotional intelligence, career growth, communication, and work-life balance, topics people don’t talk about enough, but everyone needs. That same year, I became a certified leadership and career coach and began working with organizations and teams to build better people, stronger leaders, and more human workplaces.
In 2025, my mission became global. I’ve now inspired thousands through talks, trainings, coaching sessions, and content. From quiet professionals to rising leaders, I’ve helped people step into their voice, lead from within, and grow into their next level.
